With over 20 years of experience in the nail and beauty industry, I understand the challenges of mastering new skills and building confidence. I started just like you - learning the techniques but struggling with practical application. With perseverance, practice, and the right guidance, I transformed my career into:

FAQs

  • Our courses are ideal for beginners, those looking to upskill, or professionals wanting to refresh their techniques. No prior experience is needed for most beginner-level courses. Please see all of our available for more information on which courses are for beginners, and what previous courses on the Courses page qualifications you will already need for the others.

  • Yes - All of our courses are fully accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists. Once you’ve successfully completed your training, your certificate will be issued directly by the Guild. This qualification allows you to get insured and start offering the treatment to the public straight away. We’ll also give you insurance guidance during your course.

  • Yes – once you’ve met the required standards & completed your case studies, you’ll receive a Beauty Guild- accredited certificate for the treatment you’ve trained in, officially recognising you as qualified in that area.

  • All of our courses are intensive short courses which require theory to be completed and passed in full online before the practical training day session. Once your payment has been received you will be signed up and a link will be sent to you from The Beauty Guild allowing you to access your online theory. The theory consists of a number of modules with multiple choice exams at the end.

    An enrolment theory fee of £25 is required and payable directly to The Beauty Guild. Please note, package courses mean you are signed up for more than one qualification, so there will be multiple theory to complete and pay for separately.

  • You can book directly by contacting Penny on 07984 067377. Drop her a message or call to check availability and secure your place.

  • A £100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on any course. The remaining course balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before your training date.

    If you are unable to attend, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

    Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your full payment.

  • We accept payment via BACS bank transfer.

  • Our training academy is located upstairs at Generations Hair Nails Beauty, in Indian queens TR9 6QG.

    Free street parking and public transport nearby.

  • Most courses run between 3–6 hours depending on the topic. Some advanced or combo courses may run over a full day or 2 days.

  • All kits and tools are provided for your training unless stated otherwise. Some courses include bespoke kits, carefully selected with highly researched, professional-grade products that are among the best on the market.

  • Yes – most practical courses will require a model. We’ll give clear instructions on when and what’s needed.

    If you're struggling to find one, let us know in advance.

  • We want you to be relaxed on training days so you may wear comfortable but sensible clothing.

  • We offer two booking options: 1-to-1 training or small group sessions. Group classes are limited to a maximum of 5 students to ensure a highly personal learning experience. This allows our educators to give each student the time, support, and quality training they need to build real confidence and skill.

  • Ongoing Support

    When you train with us, it doesn’t end when the day does. You’ll get continued support via WhatsApp for any follow-up questions or advice.
